Fix bug where deleting a file from the preview viewer would incorrectly update the current items list with only the deleted item instead of removing it. Now properly filters out the deleted item from the list.

Fix bug where deleting a file from the preview viewer would incorrectly update the current items list with only the deleted item instead of removing it. Now properly filters out the deleted item from the list.
