Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [react-native](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/tree/HEAD/packages/react-native) and [release-it](https://github.com/release-it/release-it). These dependencies need to be updated together.
