I changed the tags screen so it will be a modal when accessed via the context menu and a full page when accessed via settings. This way it matches the post flairs ui. Otherwise looks good.

I reworked the tag and flair ui to hopefully be a bit more intuitive/familiar for users. I wasn't able to do a whole lot of testing, but I believe everything should still be working as it was before. Feel free to directly commit here if you notice anything (especially considering it was your pr that introduced tags/flairs).
