Pull request overview
Updates the Jaeger website “Download” documentation to clarify where users can obtain executable binaries, aligning the binaries section wording with the GitHub Releases distribution model.
Changes:
- Reworded the “Binaries” section to explicitly point users to the GitHub releases page (and mention tools/utilities).
- Removed redundant/less-specific sentences about the binaries table and older versions.
