Apply style changes directly in src/components/KanbanBoard.tsx to simulate a paper surface: set an off-white background-color, add a subtle texture image with controlled sizing and repeat behavior, and add a soft box-shadow for elevation. The update modifies only styling so markup and layout remain unchanged.
