Tools for extracting phospholipid complex data. Chemdataextractor2 is used to identify and extract relevant data. More information can be found here.
The project was developed and tested in Python 3.7 environment.
pip install chemdataextractor2==2.0.2
The example_run.py file shows how to extract specific data from phospholipid complex literatures in the example_articles folder.
python example_run.py
The extracted data will be saved as a JSON file.
