This (almost) completely removes any dependency on the legacy version of
syn,it required:
derivative, which is essentially unmaintained, witheduce.structoptwithclapin the examples.I also did a drive-by update of
flumeanditertoolswhich required no codechanges.
Note that
syn 1is still referenced in the lockfile due toasync-std, wherethe dependency cannot be easily removed.
