I reworked the UI a bit - it's nothing special, but a start. Also connected the +/- buttons to touchstart events as well. There's probably(definitely) a better way to do this, but on mobile browsers, if a touchstart event is detected, it removes the click event from that element so the number isn't incremented twice.
