previously, TA characters mostly used their PdP counterpart's garbage. Thanks for the assets @miz Next, we need a way to know whether to overwrite characters that have already been copied to the save directory. Maybe we put in a file like \default_data\version.txt, and if the number in it is higher than the version in appdata, we overwrite the files. Something like that.
Reduced the bit depth of all default characters' burst.png from 64 to 32 or less (lowest without any drop in actual quality) to allow loading on mobile.
These assets are unused for now, but have now been changed to have a bit depth of 32 or less just in case.

semi-successful: controls disappear when the list gets small enough to not need scrolling. We do need controls when leaderboard is active, and that's not working right now.

There was a bug when the program didn't check if it is closed in fullscreen mode and instead put the windows to the top left corner, this is a fix for that.
