Summary

rename the unsupported identifier diagnostic emitted by the generator to LO0001 and leave the transform pipeline intact
clean up the analyzer release metadata so the new diagnostic is tracked without suppressing RS2007/RS2008 warnings

Testing

dotnet test (fails: the container is missing Microsoft.NETCore.App 8.0.0 for the xUnit testhost)
