I plan to release this tomorrow, I just need one approval from the @jshttp/express-tc team. The description is up to date (since I created this issue just GH action deps updates).

This doesn’t block this release, but I think we could first go ahead with releasing a new version of mime-db, then update the dependency pin here afterward, and only need to publish one release here
