Merging this branch, which contains a refactor of make_flocker_data to optionally accept data that don't meet requirements for occupancy modeling (e.g. no sites with multiple visits) for use in making predictions and log-likelihood computations over new data. Further progress on adding a newdata argument to loglik will come in a separate PR. |
