This change updates ScriptureBot to work with the refactored BotPlatform. It includes updating the User model to manage state locally with noindex tags, applying the new grid layout feature for version selection, and pulling the latest BotPlatform dependency. It also ensures integration tests skip gracefully in environments without credentials.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16505421792742172411 started by @julwrites

- Update BotPlatform dependency to master.
- Update `pkg/utils/user.go` `User` struct with `datastore:",noindex"` tags.
- Update `pkg/app/version.go` to use 3-column grid layout for version options.
- Update `pkg/app/database_integration_test.go` to gracefully skip if database credentials are missing.
