Thanks for the documentation change.
It looks like the pre-commit specific docs are unlikely to work anymore because the https://github.com/dotnet/format repo's default branch no longer has a .pre-commit-hooks.yaml file.
Does that match your experience? I've mostly switched to CSharpier for formatting purposes.
