Added Argentina to locales

Since #247 was merged, Argentina didn't appear in the categories lists. I think it was because it was missing from these locales/*.json.

Also, added Cenital as a media source.

@JuanM04 It's not just Argentina that's missing, but I don't think adding them to locales/*.json would fix it. There are categories that are present, but not named in locales/*.json. Then there are categories that are named in locales/*.json but are not actually defined in kite_feeds.json.

Yesterday 8 categories were missing, including both Argentina and Hong Kong. Today, 11 categories are missing. Hong Kong magically reappears, but Argentina is still absent.

If you look at https://news.kagi.com/kite.json right now, you'll see Argentina is not there right now, but Hong Kong is.

However, https://news.kagi.com/argentina.json is still there, with a timestamp of 2026-01-02T16:18:11 (6 days ago). Whereas https://news.kagi.com/hong_kong.json shows a timestamp of 2026-01-08T10:19:17 (today).
