Python script for QGIS that calculates seats for constituencies vector layer with votes and seats data.

How to use

Open Processing Toolbox toolbar in QGIS
Click on Python icon and select option Add Script to Toolbox
Script can be executed by select from Toolbox Scripts > Political tools > D'Hondt calculator
