Switch all userscript dependencies to cdnjs hosting. Updated jQuery version, jQuery-noty version. All scripts are now served over https.

Why are you changing the userscript hosting to a CDN, given they are readily hosted on your own server and I see no good reason to put it on someone else's servers? |
