Hi,

Thanks for writing and sharing predict!
Here is a version that compiles on Windows, in case you would like to take a look.

Using pdcurses as ncurses replacement.
Using termiWin as termio replacement.
A few hacks added to predict.c.
A few hacks added to pdcurses Makefile file (as I just use an unzipped MinGW compiler on Windows which is not in PATH which requires some hacks).

Edit: Updated title to clarify this is based on the ancient 2002 release and NOT the modern 2018 version.
I guess this could still be useful as an example for a modern adaptation.
I think it could also be helpful for people who wish to try this software but don't have access to a linux box.
