…edict. The original fork that added this feature can be found here: https://github.com/travisolbrich/predict. The one presented in this commit is newer than the one in the original fork and has some fixes that are yet to be pushed back to the other repo.

Added the remaining propagators from Spacetrack Report #3. The user can select from the various propagators by editing the ground station information. SGP4/SDP4 remains the default propagator upon initial startup.
