remove files: IAR project files, STM8 int vectors, STM8S conf file and old main.c
change section .text to .near_func.text
filter useless files
.ewd .ewp
remove unless lines
they will be relocated
interrupt handler should call atomIntEnter() atomIntExit()
void archIdleHandler(uint32_t)
or else IAR will remove useless function
atomTimerGetIdle()
add STM8S support
