"Everything worth doing was never easy. Especially when no one feels like doing it β including you."
Iβm not here to βteach.β Iβm here to ignite.
In my time at DeepNeuron, I vowed to be three things:
- πΈ The Spider-Man β The bridge between education and every branch, team, or school that needed it.
- π€ The Jaeger β The synced machine. I scaled the Outreach team from 4 to 18, driving 37+ events in a year.
- π€ The Hamilton β The legacy-maker. I didnβt throw away my shot β I built systems that outlive me.
- π§Ύ Co-author of the MDN Education Handbook: the definitive guide on storyboarding, presentation mechanics, and workshop architecture.
- π Architect of the FERAL Framework β MDNβs proprietary doctrine of workshop excellence (Flow, Aesthetic, Relatability, Engagement, Legacy).
- π Presented "Workshop Workshops" that taught student teams how to teach β now powering a blitz of workshops by MAC, WEM, MNET & more.
- π§ Gamified Admin Portal β Full-stack member tracking & RPG reward system via Notion.
- π€ Built AI-guided Discord bots to automate onboarding, task logging, and performance triggers.
- π Used vectorisation + reinforcement learning concepts to prototype adaptive workflow iterators.
- π¬ Designed and rigged 3D model animations for visual-heavy workshops.
- βοΈ Built brand kits across MDN and collaborative orgs to unify slide language, transitions, fonts, and colours.
- π Created high-fidelity, 315MB+ PowerPoint decks used in 30+ workshops across Victoria.
- π€ Ran Escape Cup & Amazing Race, building unforgettable student team engagement.
βWorkshops aren't lectures. They're theatrical, story-driven simulations that spark action.β
βDon't scale tasks. Scale the system that creates tasks.β
βYou donβt build legacy. You overdeliver until legacy builds itself.β
