この変更で packageManager を pnpm@10.28.0 に更新した結果 lockfileVersion 9 の pnpm-lock.yaml が生成されていますが、.github/workflows/lint.yml / storybook.yml / e2e.yml は corepack prepare pnpm@8.15.5 で pnpm 8 を固定し pnpm install --frozen-lockfile を実行しています。pnpm 8 は lockfileVersion 9 を読み込めないため CI が失敗する条件になります。ワークフロー側の pnpm を 10 系へ上げるか、pnpm 8 互換のロックファイルに戻さないと継続的に落ちます。
