Welcome to the Walkthrough.it wiki! Still very much a work in progress. Feel free to add features or to extend the discussion. If you would like to become a contributor to the wiki, get in touch.
Walkthrough.it guides you and your users through complex forms, processes and configuration workflows one step at a time. It's a sort of GPS for the Internet. Walkthrough.it is built on Drupal, but it is not only for Drupal sites.
The project consists of 2 sub-projects:
- Walkthrough.it: A plugin for your browser, or website that lets you or your visitors play walkthroughs.
- WalkHub: A Drupal distribution that makes it really easy to create a Walkthrough server on which you can create and collaborate on tutorials
- WalkHub.net: An instance of the WalkHub distribution used to provide a GitHub like service where you can collaborate on Walkthroughs, for free on open source walkthroughs, at an affordable cost for proprietary walkthroughs.

A list of potential features for both the WalkHub server and Walkthrough players/plugins. This section is not meant to replace issue tracking on GitHub, Drupal.org or any other project specific code collaboration platforms. Instead it's meant as an easy public wiki that can be used to learn about, collaborate on or suggest features for the project.
- Use cases
- Walkthrough player features: features of the Walkthrough players, independent of the website/software it's integrated in.
- WalkHub features: features of the collaboration hub

Here you will find a collection of best practices for creating walkthroughs.
A set of materials you can use to promote WalkHub and the Walkthrough.it project. This is where we will be collaborating on the materials for our Free Open Walkthrough Franchise, read my blogpost for an introduction to this concept. The purpose of this project is to create a shared evangelist toolkit that we can use to promote the project. By all means, use it to sell consulting services built on top of the project.
