update link id fields to long

I ran into more ID field issues today. This pull request fixes two link_id fields that were still int and have been changed to long. I confirmed this update resolves the issue.

Here is the issue I was getting:

JSON integer 2211157380 is too large or small for an Int32. Path 'links[0].link_id', line 19, position 27.
