test: add setup version logic tests

Summary

• Adds tests to validate the SLIM_SETUPY version-conditional logic for --setup flag
• Tests will fail on main due to the inverted logic bug (setup incorrectly disabled for v3.24+)
• Tests will pass once fix: Compare versions in the right order so that lando setup is run if it is set and we are >= 3.24 and the -slim versions do not exist anymore #108 is merged

Note

Adds a new GitHub Actions workflow to validate POSIX setup-lando.sh version gating for the --setup flag.

• New workflow pr-posix-script-setup-version-tests.yml runs on PRs with two jobs:
  • setup-enabled-for-v324-plus: asserts setup is NOT disabled for 3.24.0, 3-stable (Ubuntu), and 3-edge (macOS)
  • setup-disabled-for-pre-v324: asserts setup IS disabled for v3.23.0 (Ubuntu) and v3.21.0-beta.10 (macOS)
• Each job runs ./setup-lando.sh --version=<matrix.version> --debug, greps for disabled autosetup to validate behavior, and verifies lando version post-install
• Comments note this test will fail on main due to inverted SLIM_SETUPY logic
