This option allows to work with retransmissions on the implementation side.
Use Case:
The radius server is running behind a load balancer in several containers.
It is therefore not guaranteed that the retransmission packet is landing on the same container as the first request. Thus this option allows to use a redis cache (as example) for handling the retransmission.
