Insert placeholder text into, origBF records. On posting to BFDB/ID replace the enumber and identifiers with the `marva001`.

Use the Local ID oneup from the Backend.
At post, Marva will ask for an ID and insert it into the XML that gets sent to BFDB/ID. eNumber should still be inplace for Marva's needs. When a blank record loads, a placeholder gets entered into the XML where appropriate.
