Placed the unit tests in their own sub-package to restore functionality, as well as refactored 'input' calls to 'inputFileName' calls that hadn't been corrected earlier.
Timelines now keep track of the categories with which their events are labeled.
Refactored timeline structure to accommodate multiples events per start date.
