This PR adds some missing characters to the Urdu PK Braille data: shadd, alef madd, letters with hamza above, and tah marbouta gol. I also corrected the و ن گ contraction -- this is intended for verb forms like کروںگا which are written with a break before the suffix, but not words like ونگی
