Beta release version 2

This minor release included a variety of finetuning measures to improve performance, including:

• translation of error messages
• implementation of retries for Alma record retrieval, coverlist retrieval and cover retrieval
• addition of a disclaimer concerning the obligations of end users to obtain the necessary permissions prior to uploading a cover
