Lime report sync: Use new headers

• Use new headers for Lime report
• Allow trip report to override existing trips
• Skip files with unexpected/old-format headers

Fix admin api many-to-many updates

For shared M2M resources like categories,
remove the relationship rather than destroying the reference.

This was only working previously for 'exclusive'
many-to-many items that could safely be destroyed on removal.
