Implement the core Rust modules for the HarmonySwarm v2 AI vocal harmony plugin and associated documentation, completing Cycle 2 of the Autonomous Orchestra's evolution to address new audio pain points and v1 limitations.
This PR represents the output of Autonomous Orchestra Seed-0 v2's Cycle 2, which aimed to evolve from the Spectral Eel v1 by scouting fresh 2025 audio needs and overcoming previous limitations like MIDI depth and sim-only QA. While a functional prototype is delivered, critical integration with the
nih-plugframework is still pending, as noted in the auditor's analysis.
