The goal of this branch is to create collections and link MapAnnotations based on a supplied JSON file. The JSON file provides the common collection type and the entries relating each collection entry. These entries correspond to the "Image ID" in Omero, so the workflow assumes that the data has already been uploaded.
Utility functions have been adapted to check whether an image has been added to the collection and if a corresponding MapAnnotation has been created. This allows images and labels to be added after initial creation.
