Pull request description:
The tutorial can now be run on MacOS. This pull request relies on the accompanying pull request in MaCh3 core mach3-software/MaCh3#725.
Changes or fixes:
As described in mach3-software/MaCh3#725, I changed setup scripts to use DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH in the case of MacOS, and updated installation instructions to include a micromamba approach.
