This brings `safeup` in alignment with the rebranding of Safe Network to Autonomi. BREAKING CHANGE: * The crate name is changed from `safeup` -> `antup`. * The binary name is changed from `safeup` -> `antup`. * The new `ant-releases` repository is referenced and the `sn-releases` reference is removed. * The settings file has its properties renamed.
