DeferredTracercollects deferred OpenTelemetry spans. CallStartSpan/EndSpanto build spans, thenFlushto send queued events to OpenTelemetry. This generates trace spans at runtime but deferred until convenient to process.Useful for high concurrent applications where lock contention from frequent tracing operations would affect performance.
