also refactor so they use the pytest runner not using many features of pytest yet, but that should come
Use the new fancy ruff tool for linting and get coverage data from pytest-cov pretty basic at the moment, automatically formatting code feels a bit overkill given the number of contributors.

Refactor to use
pytestfor running tests rather than the set of shell scripts and path hacks that it neededPreviously tests were somewhat hidden in the
csg2csgdirectory (leading to things like #69 (comment)) as well as doing apip installwould cause tests to be installed which doesn't seem useful.Am testing with Python 3.7 for compatibility, but would prefer to update to something supported.
