When preferCanvas is enabled, many Canvas layers are in use, especially when using plugins.
Looping through all Overlayer Panels Canvas's and drawing each allows for a image snapshot to occur.
Additionally if a Canvas layer has its Opacity changed through a CSS style change, this will also be mimic'd in the resulting downloaded image.
