• localized the config names, tooltip translation would be added in future PR
• compiled and functional in game 1.20.4
• some translation might be optimized in future edition

PS:

The format of "configName" : "<translation>" end up does not function in the search bar, cases where the text need to be goldened as highlight of single player. Such kind of problem does not exist for "config.name.configname" : "<translation>" and the final config names both display normally, so I only added the latter format
