Issue: Implement a NEW page where users can upload an image, rotate the image by clicking a button by 90 degree clockwise everytime the button is clicked and add a button to download the rotated image. Also add this to the index page as an additional button. Do not create a js page for the functionalities. All the code must be present in the new page itself
