kPad 1.3.0 "Automaticis"

This release of kPad introduces its own URL protocol for installing plugins easily, and auto-updating (still in alpha). More details on the Wiki.
Warning! For Windows users, you need to apply the registry file (https://github.com/maxhatei2/kPad/blob/main/WPI.reg) for the URL protocol to work.

Please report any problems with the auto-updater or the URL protocol in the Issues tab.
