Brief description
Refactoring several gather related python modules, so that they have a cleaner structure that will allow for a easier readability and better reusability, with the ultimate goal of porting it to Ayon.

The refactored modules are the following ones:
extract_templated_transcode_script.pyaction_gather.pyTesting notes
These two have only been partially tested, this is why this is a draft pull request.
