Added .idea directory with project-specific configuration files, including code style settings, module definitions, and device streaming preferences for the development environment.
Added .idea/caches/deviceStreaming.xml and .idea/deviceManager.xml to configure device streaming and device manager settings. Updated .idea/misc.xml with related changes for improved IDE device management.
