Made the return type of
GetCollectionOfPrimitiveValues,GetCollectionOfEnumValuesandGetCollectionOfObjectValuesinIParseNodenullable to allow for null when the underlying type is not an collection type.This change is part of the solution for the problem discussed here microsoft/kiota#3976.
