The other PR out there is a one-liner change and seems valid but I do not have TE installed to test it. If you want to merge it and clear the list, it shouldn’t hurt to have it there. TeamExplorer was added to ExportProjectTemplate.ps1. Why not adding Team Explorer to ConformProject.ps1 for consistency?

Team Explorer also installs the WitAdmin tool to edit workitems.

It is only a minor change to support Visual Studio TeamExplorer besides the Community, Professional and Enterprise Edition.
BTW Team Explorer, I thought, is mentioned also in the documentation of Microsoft itself and on alot of other sources if searching the web.
