This PR implements a weekly automated permissions synchronization that updates permission definitions and provisioning information for various Microsoft Graph API endpoints.
Changes:
- Added new Agent identity-related permissions (AgentIdentityBlueprintPrincipal.ReadWrite.ManagedBy, AgentIdentity.ReadWrite.ManagedBy, AgentIdUser.ReadWrite.ManagedBy) to provisioningInfo.json

- Added new cross-tenant Places API endpoints for desk and room booking
- Added new API paths for device image retry upload and Windows update policies applicable content
