This PR contains a weekly permissions sync that updates API endpoint paths and adds new provisioning policy endpoints for device management.

- Added three new virtual endpoint provisioning policy endpoints for self-provisioning and retrieving user provisioning policies
- Updated all Configuration Management API paths to include the
/adminprefix - Standardized ID parameter format from
