Fix wrong token decimal amount returned in RpcOutputValueOut if the token has a non-default number of decimals

Add functional test for account-utxos and standalone-multisig-utxos, checking that returned decimal amounts are correct (same for the RPC calls). Remove unused imports in functional tests.
