- Fixed the URL to match new wiki. - Added default keyboard shortcut to map.
It now displays the proper repository link and also documents the new key binding (C-c C-d).

I've updated the URL's to match the new documentation site. I've also added a shortcut for
chef-resource-lookup(C-c C-d).Hope you like it.
