These commits establish the framework for generating individual levels outputs from a simulation run, to avoid adding any overhead to the existing malariasimulation structure, verbose copies of various functions have been created, which by default are not triggered.
Outputs are stored to a .csv file which is named by the user using parameters$file_name. Outputs are passed to this file using c++ and the ofstream library
